About Your Order

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

What are your order processing times?

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days from the confirmation of your purchase. This time is in addition to the shipping transit time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Where does Loxivar ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Europe (European Union countries), and Mexico.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time for all destinations is 3 to 5 days. Please remember that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We work with major carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The specific carrier for your order will be selected to ensure the most efficient delivery.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

Delivery times can sometimes be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, extreme weather, customs issues, or carrier delays. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items are exempt from returns (e.g., gift cards, downloaded software, perishable goods).

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at loxivarcompany@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item due to a change of mind or customer error. If the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 20 business days. For specific shipping-related issues (lost, damaged in transit, or no delivery in 35 days), refunds are processed within 15 days of verification.

What if I haven't received my refund yet?

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank. There's often a processing time. If you've done all this and still haven't received it, please contact us at loxivarcompany@gmail.com.

Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at loxivarcompany@gmail.com with details and evidence (photos/videos) of the defect or damage, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
